T4 · Mexico and the United States

You can't be in the shop. We can.

T4 Inspections is an independent third-party inspector working for the buyer. We put a qualified inspector inside your supplier's facility, in Mexico or the United States, and report against the acceptance criteria you bought to.

01The gap

You can't walk the floor. The ship date doesn't move, and every piece of evidence you have was selected by the party with the most to lose from a finding. A missed hold point and an incomplete record book behave the same way — they stay quiet until release, when the schedule has nothing left to give.

02The method

One controlled sequence, in this order, every job.

Defined in controlled procedure T4-SI-PRO-001

  1. 01

    Intake

Scope, standards, acceptance criteria and deliverables confirmed in writing before mobilization.

  2. 02H

    Risk map

Degradation mechanisms, criticality and inspection points identified; hold, witness and review points set.

  3. 03

    Coordinate

Supplier notification, access, schedule and equipment readiness verified before travel.

  4. 04W

    Witness

Inspection performed under controlled conditions against defined acceptance criteria.

  5. 05A

    Alert

Findings that affect schedule, cost or conformity are raised to the buyer the same day, not at report time.

  6. 06R

    Report

Controlled deliverable with evidence, revision status and identified authorizing signature.

  7. 07

    Close

Release-readiness recommendation, NCR and CAR tracking to closure, records retained and retrievable.

04Coverage planning

Criticality decides where an inspector stands.

Equipment type, process step and consequence of failure drive the intervention level — hold, witness, review or monitor — before anyone travels.

05Independence

We work for the buyer. That has rules attached.

Impartiality and independence
Work is undertaken without commercial, financial or operational pressure that could compromise objectivity. Conflicts of interest are identified, evaluated and managed.
Confidentiality
Client information is not disclosed without authorization, except where required by law, contract or competent authority.
Controlled release
No deliverable is released until required verifications are complete, with the authorizing person and applicable revision identified on the record.

06Visibility

You see the order, not just the invoice.

Component status, ITP progress, open actions and documentation state, kept current while the order is in fabrication.

08Coverage

Mexico and the United States

Inspectors on both sides of the border, with the right to work in both countries, so the border doesn't land in the middle of your paperwork.

Before you commit, we confirm we can put a qualified person in that specific facility on the date the inspection point falls, and we verify supplier access before travel.

Send us the order.

A request tells us the component, the supplier location, the governing standards and the hold points you need covered. We reply with what we can cover, what it costs, and the written scope to be agreed before anyone travels.
