T4-SI-PRO-001
One controlled sequence, every assignment
The same seven steps run on a single valve and on a full fabrication package. The sequence is what makes the evidence comparable across suppliers and across orders.
01Before travel
Intake, risk map and coordination
Scope, standards, acceptance criteria and deliverables are confirmed in writing. Degradation mechanisms and criticality drive where the hold, witness and review points land. Supplier notification, access, schedule and equipment readiness are verified before an inspector leaves.
02On site
Witness and field alert
Inspection is performed under controlled conditions against defined acceptance criteria. Anything affecting schedule, cost or conformity is raised the same day, with the clause it is measured against and the evidence collected at the point of the finding.
03After
Report and closeout
A controlled deliverable carries evidence, revision status and an identified authorizing signature. Release readiness is recommended, nonconformance and corrective action reports are tracked to closure, and records stay retrievable.
R1Route
